    Are the notes genuinely handwritten or printed?

    All of our notes and envelopes are genuinely handwritten by one of our Scribe Tribe. They are a huge group of incredible humans from all over the UK & US, writing your notes from their kitchen tables. Each and every one of them has their own story and they are all brought together through Inkpact.

    How do you check for spelling mistakes/quality?

    We have wonderful people writing your letters and notes, and being human we have to make sure there are no human errors! We have created a thorough Quality Assurance process whereby a photograph of every single message gets uploaded to the Inkpact platform by the writer and is quality checked in house before it is approved to be posted.

    What’s the turnaround time?

    Single Campaigns

    The fastest turnaround time from purchase to post date is 7 working days. The date you pick on our platform will be the day it is posted to your recipients.

    Frequent Campaigns

    The turnaround time on a subscription plan is a speedy 3-working-day turnaround. Please note: the first campaign that you schedule using the recurring feature will be 7 working days and 3 working days from then onwards as standard.

    Can I use branded stationery?

    Yes absolutely!


    Option 1

    Logo printed up top, handwritten message in the middle and text printed in the footer.

    Logo: Your logo can be sized and positioned as you wish. Make sure you’ve got a high-resolution JPEG or PNG file of the logo you wish to use.

    Footer: Insert any text you like, in the font and colour you wish. Have a think about what you want to go in the footer of your message. Maybe it’s some text about your business or a lasting message, or something simple like your social media handles or contact details.

    Option 2

    Upload artwork to be printed on the reverse of the stationery and your message will be handwritten on the opposite side.

    The artwork specs for uploading designs are:

    • Dimensions without bleed: A6 = 105 x 148mm, A5 = 148 x 210 mm, A4 = 210 x 297 mm.
    • Pixels: minimum 300 dots per inch
    • File size: maximum 25 MB

    How many notes can I send?

    How many customers do you have? Our service is very flexible. We send anywhere between 1,500-50,000 notes per month.

    Can I choose a handwriting style?

    Yes! Our writers are banded into 3 categories for you to choose the style that best suits your brand. The categories are clean, modern & flourish. See examples below.
